I run Inscaler with Claude Code.
I run it straight from the terminal. Since the start of the year, it’s been my main AI. I use it every day.
I ignore the AI FOMO. Yes I do.
Because If I chased every new model, I’d spend my days switching tools instead of getting work done.
I’m not technical either, never knew what a terminal was before CC. That became obvious when I tried to set up agents.
It all started with my business growing and growing: I needed a chief of staff / a personal assistant. Badly.
Running it solo is tough.
I thought about hiring a VA or assistant, but I don’t have time to recruit or onboard anyone.
I hired once and didn't work. Took me 2 months just to explain the work I do.
I tried to set up Claude as an agent. It was too complicated.
Then I saw a LinkedIn post about Grok Bot.
Decided to give it a shot. 💘
First impression: it’s easy. It's very easy.
It’s basically a chat that connects with all your tools.
You can connect it directly, or let it use its own computer to log in for you.
I set up my first bot as Chief of Staff. Just gave it a quick brief. No long markdown files like with Claude.

Here is what it does for me:
So far, so good.
From day one, I set one rule: always ask me before sending or buying anything.
Because of that rule, I stayed out of security trouble.
The stake was small: it ordered something for me and used the wrong address because I never told it my address.
The bot fixed it fast. I saw it and asked the bot to email customer service and got the address changed. Easy.
That one was on me, not the bot.
For me, this agent is pure back office. Not for sales. It runs as my chief of staff and keeps me productive.
And I’m very happy so far.
That's what I actually needed.
I trust this bot enough now to set up a new card just for it.
A Revolut card with a small limit, just for the agent to use when it needs to buy something.
Don’t worry, I’m not an early adopter or a tech geek.
If this landed on my desk, personal agents are already mainstream.
So far, so good, Grok. 🤝
I’ll check back in a couple of months and share where things stand.
Curious to hear from you too, have you tried your personal AI agent? What was your impression?
Thanks for reading this far; see you all next week!
