The Only Thing I Know Is Sales

I’m Matteo, Founder of Inscaler. After ten years of living abroad in Ireland, I moved to Italy, where I lived with my wife and daughters near Lake Maggiore.

As a sales leader, I have led sales teams at Ryanair, LinkedIn, Cloudbeds, and ShippyPro and helped fractionally +100 startups and scaleups.

I spent four years at LinkedIn and was a founding member of the LinkedIn Sales Solution team in Europe.
Overall, I have spent all my life in sales, with over 15 years of B2B Sales experience and 5+ years of managing sales teams globally.

I have hired over 50 people and managed up to 10 million ARR annually.

Since January 2023, tired of the corporate world, I have launched my fractional sales business and served 100+startups in Italy, Spain, Germany, Ireland, and the US, helping them build and scale their sales teams.

I Love Sales and Selling

I’m deeply passionate about sales management and the interaction between buyers and sellers. I have sold for almost 20 years, and I don’t tire of refining and improving the sales process and people to sell better and more, achieving outstanding results consistently.

The Score Takes Care of Itself

Sales is a process, and you must go from A to B. You cannot skip steps. Being a sales manager means taking control of that process. Prospecting, Targeting, Messaging, and Closing are all steps that must be performed best. If you do the process right, the results will come for you.

Growing People > Growing Revenue

As a temporary sales manager, I never chased revenue goals; I chased people's goals. Your company's goal is to grow your people; revenue grows if your people grow. I’m obsessed with sales coaching because I aim to grow your business by growing your teams.
